I was disappointed with room, when we found a live roach in the bathroom. We did transfer to another room, and was comped breakfast. However, difficult to eat knowing there may be more bug issues. I was told I would be contacted by a daytime manager before leaving, never heard from anyone. Originally asked for a late check-out, but that was lost when transferred to another room. I was woken up at 3:30 am because of a car alarm. Not sure what wing we are located on, room 810. Just not a relaxing experience, not rested for the days events.
