Sorry but no stars! I never started this job as the salesperson Brett killed it! If you use these guys make sure you don t get this guy, he never stops talking, he s constantly upselling and blowing his trumpet, he doesn t listen to anything one requires for the job, plus he constantly lies. He tried to sell me glass wool but went on to say if I wanted polyester it would be exactly the same price, when I asked for polyester the next morning he upped the price $300. I told him many times I wanted the existing pink batts to be folded back down where electricians over the years had moved some areas, when I asked after the quote was supplied was that in, he said no and then added another $200. He then sends me another quote, no less than 4 in total trying to upsell the under floor to a higher R rating for another $300, I told him to stop! He told me he would email a report about ventilation, I asked and asked for it, he never did. In the end I couldn t stand the lies and talk talk talking over you, it s totally exhausting! I told him to go away as I don t want to use him for the job, he continued to email me . I told him 3 times to stop emailing me and if he didn t I would report him to his company, he said report me and that I clearly have a problem and should seek medical help. I would never have written this, but this salesperson Brett killed this job, don t allow him in your home, you will regret the day you did. I can t say anything bad about the company even though there are a number of bad reports here, however this guy should not be seen by the public. He was at my home for no less than 90mins, ask me if he inspected the ceiling or under the house to assess the existing insulation or to check the job, you guessed it, the answer is NO, even though access is easy, I think lazy.
