Terrible customer service. Called at 9:30 Saturday morning and was told I'm on a waiting list. Waited all day then called at 5:30 to check on status. The tech wanted me to fill out a piece of paper and email it back. To Hell with that so wife called OC services and they came out within thirty minutes and had AC repaired in fifteen minutes. Terrible service from A # 1 air
