This is a nice, clean quiet, smaller cafe off the main drag. The service is very good. The white rice and black beans were not too salty, the beans were homemade. The Maduro plantains were excellent. The ropa vieja was tasty, but very very tough. Unfortunately, Rob got the same meal, so we're not sure whether the other options are undercooked or overcooked. We are not regularly in Ocala, so TBD whether we would try something else.
