Although some of the products they offer are hard to find anywhere else the customer service offered by do your own pest control is lacking. I purchased a few products with next day shipping only to receive these products 3 days after. Upon contacting customer service they were less than helpful and were downright rude. The second order that I placed with do my own pest control it was ordered with the standard free shipping and I only received it four days later. As far as offering products that are hard to find elsewhere this company does exceptionally well, however the poor customer service and unprofessional conduct has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you don't mind waiting for your products then this company is great. If you need them in a rush then I would shop elsewhere.
