After circumstances stopped me from riding my 2018 road glide ultra, we were just thinking about a tri glide.
We first visited Independence HD on Saturday and were very pleased with our reception! How nice to be greeted and welcomed in at the door.
After a very few moments of looking at Tri Glides, Marc introduced himself and offered to answer any questions. We had no intention of purchasing a new tri glide quite yet when we came in, we were strictly here to learn. The way we were treated put us at ease and caused us to decide to let the team run numbers just to see how it would look.
The team here went to work, Marc, Anthony, and Joey put together good numbers for us. Good enough in fact that we came back the next day, Sunday and made the purchase! Now the proud owner of our 2020 tri glide ultra!
As others have said, from Tina and Maxines warm greetings at the door to the knowledge and passion of the sales and management team, this was a great experience!
