Great hotel great staff. We learned about the usual smaller hotel room size in New York. The hotels location worked fantastic for our tourist days and was convenient to everything including subways,Central Park and the museums. Would stay there again. A few people complained about the elevators....no need just read the signs and use your head. Some complained about it needing some updates, sure but not top of the list.
