Called the bank. Specifically asking for a certain type of EUR bill to buy. Person confirmed. Went to the bank. Waited in line for 25 minutes because only 2 tellers were working. DOWNTOWN MAIN TORONTO BRANCH AT LUNCH! You have 2 tellers working? Really!? Finally got to a teller. I specifically said "Do NOT go through with the transaction if you do not have the EUR in this certain type of bill denomination". They said, not it's ok. We have it. Guess if they gave me whatever they wanted..
