Last month i traveled to Moscow and found a nice deal in Ritz hotel .
Generally, the hotel is good, the room was nice, the pool amazing and the breakfast was great.
BUT!!!! - the service was under the expectation, I ordered a weekend with breakfast but when I arrived at the hotel reception they told that they don't see that although I presented my voucher that includes breakfast, they told me that they will check and will get back to me , after few hours when i came back i couldn't find that girl that promised me to check that and i had to explain once again and again they told me that they will check and will update me and over and over again, no one got back to me . I SPENT more than 3 hours by explaining that i made a reservation with breakfast and the team insisted that they don't see it and it is a mistake, eventually i asked to speak with the manager and she after few more hours told me that indeed it was a mistake but they will do me that favor and will allow me to eat a breakfast - SHAME ON YOU - this is not a normal 5-star hotel, I had to spend half days in hotel reception (out of 2 days in Moscow ) to get what i ordered .
