As a teacher I am very impressed and happy with First Tutors and their general approach, both toward us tutors and those seeking tuition.
I would highlight two things:

Firstly the thoroughness of vetting the tutor's competency and character.

Secondly the reasonableness of the fees that First Tutors operate.
It's all on a one off basis and neither the student nor the tutor end up funding a middle man for years on end.

I would certainly use First Tutors if I look for any kind of tuition for myself in the future.
