I do not know where to start so there is a lot to say, but to summarize I would simply say to avoid at all costs this company (Xittel).

Oh, and they recently decided to stop offering residential service in my area and only do business, so I would have to pay $ 500 in setup fees and to open a new account when everything was already in place.
