A great experience. I had very high expectations given this is a Taj property, but they exceeded my expectations. From the front desk (both day and night managers, Neha, and Pritika - all were very, very helpful) to Latitude (Chef Girish, Bablu, Vicky, Lalit, Mahodeo, and Dimple) - I was very impressed. Excellent training - housekeeping, laundry, mini bar....everyone made sure the family was happy. When I return to Pune - I will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend to all my friends. The property is slightly dated, but taking everything into account, I was extremely happy.
