Booked in the Nest Restaurant, which is the Bistro part of L'Ortolan. Firstly, in these strange times, the covid related precautions are good, including our temperature taken at reception. Food wise, the menu is limited, but our selections were bought to us quickly. Food quality was good. But not great. The Nest itself requires some investment and the decor needs modernising, so didn't feel as high end as the restaurant makes itself out to be. Which was disappointing, hence the three stars.
