This Macy's used to be very nice, helpful employees, but it is slowly deteriorating. The customer service isn't what it used to be or should be for a large department store, such as Macy's. I can only speak for today for the Cosmetics department and ladies clothing. I understand Last Act is, exactly that, last stop for purchases before they get rid of the clothes but, if they're going to have that department, they could tidy it up somewhat or just charge less in the beginning, then they wouldn't have to mark them down so much ...there were more clothes in Last Act in the ladies than there were in almost the entire ladies department. I'm being nice by giving four stars, but I understand it was a busy Saturday and it could have been worse.
