They say I am over-qualified and I accepted their pay rate, which was less than my expectation but still I agreed. So in situations like this it's an advantage for them to have an overqualified candidate who is very much negotiable. And guess what I am not hired. I don't understand these kind of employers. To top that, they weren't responsive in-spite of multiple calls and emails. I want to know the exact reason. After all, all I can say is it's a big loss to you bowers and kubota. I pity you.
