My tapes came back in a nice box - all their packaging is great. I waited two months more. Finally checked the website which said the thumb drive had shipped. Called and they said it was taped to the inside top of the box. I was sure I had recycled it, but the box that had held the tapes were ratty, so I used their box to store it and there the thumb drive was, in a little black envelope taped to the inside top of the box. SO... look for it, and Southtree: Do SOMETHING to indicate the drive is there: A RED envelope or an arrow or something.
