Good place to work, great view, huge book selection. Wifi is 20/year, a library card good for 50 books is 35/year and works at any OBA. The NL Plein (5th floor, in the front) is a great resource for anyone trying to learn Dutch, and has textbooks, short stories with simple vocabulary, and books for self-study.
