Got our new rental place with the Help of Kristen - she's a superstar!

We we're really impressed with her high-level professionalism. Apart from that she also has exceptional customer service skill that I haven't seen/experienced with other rental agents I have dealt with in the past. We are very blessed to having to deal with her as all our pre-rental enquiries were attended and answered promptly even after we got into our rental place she covered our moving-in concerns/issues with haste.

I just have to share also that she had everything prepared when we met her to sign the rental papers and even had a list of cleaning materials that could be of help with the house included in the pack she handed over.
