This hotel is way overrated, we heard good things ...

This hotel is way overrated, we heard good things but where very disappointed with our stay. Amenities are ok, no coffee machine in the rooms to boot.
We had to call up for room service as they "forgot". Nothing exciting here.

Was promised they'll compensate us in some way, but they (obviously) didn't....
