After years of coming to Dr. Vijay Goyal for fillers and Botox, spending many thousands of dollars over the years, my most recent visit in January will be my last. The Radiesse injections on the visit were uneven that is taking into account that are faces are not symmetrical, three of my friends, who did NOT know I had work done, commented that face looked uneven and one friend said I looked lopsided, not good. I returned one week to the day later and I was made to feel that I was hypercritical and everything looked fine, ultimately the doctor agreed that it was uneven and then wanted me to pay for more Radiesse. I had already paid and was back due the disproportionate injections ultimately the company and/or doctor absorbed the cost. Now making matters worse was the $100 drop in both procedures that I had down only one week prior. I clearly understand and appreciate monthly specials, however when I booked my appointment I was told that the prices were going to increase in February, imagine my surprise. I immediately contacted the company's office/business manager asking if she could give me the same discount because I was lied to, I even brought them a brand new client, well at least I received a credit for bringing them a new customer, which most companies of this ilk do. This very sad because I was the first person to review this company on Yelp and was so impressed with Dr. Vijay's beautiful sense of aesthetics, that I actually deny an Igo car to drive from Lake Shore Drive to Arlington Heights, so that tells you plenty in and of itself. One more thing, Vijay looked at my medical chart where I list all medications and supplements that I take, some regularly and some P.R.N. and she told me that there was one medication, a painkiller that I really should not take regularly, fine well and not so good. I am under the care of an orthopaedic surgeon, a physiatrist and my internist, ALL my medication is very closely monitored each and every mont due a continuation of total joint replacements and revisions hence boundaries were overstepped.
