Where should I begin Shanoj's hospitality, his singing abilities, Sindhu's politeness, Guru's sweetness and his dancing skill or the serene quietness and possibly a wonderful place for bird watchers, the tranquil stream flowing are all something that we can t get to see in cities we stay. It s worth the bucks and time spent. For a year old place I must rate them 4 out of 5 for ambience, hospitality and location. The sunset peak trek was an amazing experience, the car drive on those narrow roads was spin chilling but worth the drive and the trek. The Habbi falls is a must go water fall just before you hit Streamedge. However more trees can be planted in the homestay for shade and for kids to experience nature more up-close. Food is good but I would have preferred malnad food, this is one constant complaint from me every where I go that we have to stick to our authentic cuisine and I would love if there isn t so called Chinese and North India in my plate, well the food definitely was good, but my personal preference is authentic cuisines of the region. I would surely recommend a visit to #streamedge Shakleshpur.
