Dr Ida was fantastic, I felt immediately comfortable, she wasn't at all condescending as I've found some dentists to be (I admit I'm not great at looking after my teeth). I had to have an extraction, and she was very careful, made sure I was properly anesthetised and got the tooth out in one piece.

One thing: there is free parking arranged but the parking instructions weren't clear that the Cultural Centre Carpark is the one on the North side of Roe St. Unfortunately I parked in the wrong one (City Place, also on Roe St) by mistake and had to pay.
