Will absolutely never donate here again. I'd rate 0 stars if possible. I was told on the phone days before that I could bring my couch in to donate- I specifically asked if someone would look it over to accept/decline and was told "no if you drive it here we'll accept it" I was told the only time they'd decline an item is if their people came to pick it up. I borrowed a friends truck and loaded 2 large pieces of furniture just for them to bring two different people out and inspect my couch to say they won't accept it.

Moral of the story, get the name of the person you talk to if you call about a drop off. Now sitting with a friends truck full of a couch trying to figure out what to do with it.
