I am very pleased with the BMW Nashville Cool Springs service department. I recently bought a newer (used low mileage) BMW 228ix convertible from an out of town used car dealership. I soon noticed I had a slow air loss in a rear tire and I knew at purchase I only received 1 key rather than two. The keys are ridiculously expensive to replace (but that is not the dealer's fault). I went to BMW Nashville (Cool Springs location) to purchase the second key. I was told there would even be an additional charge for the service department programming the "comfort settings" (auto door locks, lights etc). Happily, the BMW service department made quick work of the key programming at NO charge AND found my air leak (which was a very difficult to find small (tiny) metal object penetrating the tread). They suggested I take the car to a local tire repair (rather than buy a new tire from them). That worked out great and saved the cost of a new tire. I felt they went the extra mile finding the leak and not charging me for the key programming. Very pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. This could have been a very expensive service, instead it was free.
