Worked with Will the service representative to setup an appointment for a 60K mile checkup, a Works oil change and 4 new tires for my Lincoln Navigator. I showed up at 7am and my vehicle was completed by 9:30am as promised including a car wash. Simple, efficient and completed without any mistakes.
