DBRL is a great place to visit and beyond its already huge physical collection of books, there are a ton of e-books available as well. Really relaxed atmosphere with a lot of seating, with a casual atmosphere on the first floor and a more quiet study-oriented one on the second. As a bonus, the building itself is beautiful, and it's not stereotypically dark and dusty at all- dusty maybe, but there are plenty of large windows.
