Rachel Barnes is the best person I have ever worked with in this industry. I was pretty content with my mortgage before however I decided to give Intelliloan a shot and see what the hype was about. I am very glad I did so too because from the first call I made to them to this day, Intelliloan made my life very easy. The process was handled smoothly on their online portal, the communication was handled effectively and response time was amazing. I had some additional questions post funding which were handled greatly by Rachel. She even went out of her way to setup a title change for me which was not required on their part at all.

Their online payment portal setup was a breeze and I have made multiple payments so far with no issues. I look forward to financing my next purchase through them as well. I have referred a few of my friends over to them since and they have also had nothing but great things to say. My recommendation would be to stop looking and sign up with them as soon as possible.
