It has been 7 years since our new windows and furnace were first installed from House Smart and we are so happy to have went with them. Of 3 quotes, the salesman at HSHI was the most honest and pleasant to deal with. He explained everything carefully and was extremely knowledgeable especially offering finance programs and how to get our rebates. Basically no hidden cost, what was on the quote will be exact. Our furnace is a top notch brand and has had no problem so far. For the windows, we have had an issue one time in 2012 and the customer service was excellent and prompt to resolve. Just recently, one window may have a seal broken and again we contacted them. Very impressed with the level of customer service for treating existing customer like new customer. This is so important in this day of age which is why I decided to post a review on them. I highly recommend HSHI!
