The WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. I contacted John Moore because I know they have serviced Houston for many years. I made an appointment weeks ago to have my Ac unit inspected and tuned up. I took off work today for my appointment that was supposed to be between 10 am and 2 pm. At 10, they called to confirm my appointment, I had to correct them on the time. At 2 they called to say they were running behind and asked if I would like to reschedule. I told them no because I took off work, I would wait. At 4 I called to check in and they said my appointment was cancelled because I didn't answer their calls at 10 and 2. I informed him that was incorrect and I did answer. He told me he couldn't help me so I asked to speak to a manager. Roderick got on the phone and said they would "squeeze" me in. When I called back at 6 pm to check in, they told me I wasn't scheduled until October. Once again, I got a manager and they promised to be out tonight. I called at 8 pm to make sure they were still coming, the man that answered had no idea what I was talking about so he gave me to Michelle at dispatch. She said no one was coming because several of their vehicles were broken down and there service technicians were all too sick from the heat. Was she even going to call and tell me no one was coming? Not once did anyone apologize to me. Roderick was rude and unhelpful and the same can be said about Michelle. When I called at 4 the guy on the phone told me there were still 83 appointments on the board and most wouldn't be seen today. What a crappy company , I'll never call them again. What a wasted day!
