I called because when I flushed the toilet, the water kept coming up rather than going down the drain. Zane came out and tested the toilets and the tub and washing machine. He even went outside and checked the drainage hole and didn't find anything wrong. I appreciate his thoroughness and taking the time to explain things to me. Thank you so much! I will continue to use John Moore Services.
