No one answers the phone/on the rare chance they do they are rude. Once I called for about an hour trying to get connected for urgent help with my case worker on my health insurance, but the line would either disconnect or the receptionist would not pick up. I only stopped calling because the office then closed at 5. My caseworker is F. Baker. I needed him to send me new files to verify my employment for my insurance in the mail, because when I moved somehow I misplaced them. I called him everyday for two weeks and left about ten voicemails asking him to PLEASE call me as soon as possible, and he never called me back. Ever! Finally, one day I was able to get to a receptionist on the phone and I told her I needed to speak to Mr. Baker. Apparently there are two and she transferred me to the wrong one. Somehow T. Baker was able to assist me with a case that was not his own and send me the files via e-mail. Although I appreciate his help, this place is the most disorganized and uncaring office I have ever had to associate with. If this wasn't the closest office to me, I would take my business elsewhere.
