It has been living at one of their property there ...

It has been living at one of their property there for a year. The manager was helpful and somewhat responsive. However, since I moved out in July, it started to get more and more tricky. At first, they charged me 700ish usd for the carpet replacement, but it went down to 200 usd because of some refunds. When I saw the bill I know something was wrong. I asked the manager to check the bill more carefully and I was right. The manager didnt add my security deposit (400 usd) to the move out statement. She told me there was an error from the system. Somehow the system registered my security deposit as administration fee which is non refundable . She said she would work on it to give my money back. It has been 2 whole months. I tried to contact Arial every other day. She never replied the email and gave me a call back. Once she picked up the phone she told me she will send the confirmation email about the security deposit within that day. Never happened. Every call went straight to voicemail and the email never got replied.

So she got back to me on tuesday (Sept 25, 2018). After it had been going on since Aug 11th (almost two months). I need to cc you and post the review before I heard back from her. If you need more evidences. Drop me the email. I can send all the things to you. (All the emails that never got replied, I can ask Tmobile if they can give me the call log activity...).
Even the moveout statement the manager sent me on Sept 25 still had a wrong information. I needed to send the email to ask her to correct the information again.
