Went to one vendor to get a bottle of water. The vendor told me I had to give her my bottle cap. I told her I needed my bottle cap. She then replied that was the coliseum policy. I told to just give me my money back and I would go to another vendor bc that's was be. I got a bottle water from another vendor 2 weeks ago and they didn't want my cap,they didn't even say anything about it. They over charge anyway on drinks
