Their booklet says they will store luggage but they can't anymore because of laws. However Holiday Inn Kensington on Wrights street will for a fee. The concierge couldn't call a cab for me because he didn't have numbers. The Cosmos desk didn't have any answers for me nor could they reach anyone who could. The reception was friendly and helpful. We ate at the Aroma and The Grill. The food was explosive with flavour. You would have to go for months before you could try all the choices.
