Prepare to be passed around to multiple people wasting your precious time with no one taking responsibility. They just tell you to call the next person who tells you to call the next person, instead of bothering to lift a finger to talk to each other and fix the problem. Pathetic. When you are getting cancer treatment - extra stress really helps!
