Pros:

Pros:
- Location (bus 61 under the house for Ciutadela, near the beaches and restaurants)
- Staff (hospitable and helpful)

Versus:
- Advance payment without the possibility of reimbursement (if you read below you will understand why ..)
- Lack of basic products for an apartment (salt, oil, soap, detergent, hair dryer, sponges, paper towels, scissors)
- Paid WiFi (about 1.50 euros every 30 minutes)
- Tap water has a strong chlorine smell (washing dishes is trauma)
- Unpleasant smells from the bathroom (persistent smell of sewage when you enter the house, although the window remains open)
- Cleaning done in a superficial way (just the bathroom and change of towels)
- Excruciating heat due to the lack of air conditioning (however compensated by a good passage of air by opening doors and windows)
- Knives do not cut (use the serrated one of the bread)
- The curtains are dirty
- Keep in mind that staff will advise you on the basis of their own advantage (to rent a car you will pay much less with Europcar 15 minutes from home)
- Old and dusty wardrobe, as well as the 70's style fan, not used because it is too dirty.
- Clean swimming pool (and strangely accessible even after the maximum hours, but we made do with the chlorine from the tap)
- Free parking (thanks to the catz, because it is not private)
- In the bathroom there is no bidet and nothing surprising about this (but there are the outlet pipes that portend a possible introduction)

It is not possible to complain about the Cockroaches because it depends partly on the condition of the apartment due to the cleanliness, partly on your degree of cleanliness (do not leave food open around) and partly on the location, it is not all the fault of the staff who are willing to make you change rooms without problems.
