Have been with them for two years only till recent events that I have been late asked for a extension of my loan due to me not working as many hours at work and still have a family of 5 to care for and the only one working now I was told that I would have to be either layed off to get any kind of help. So if I were you go to a different place for a car try any were else but them. If you are a day late they start calling your references and demand to see your bank statement and check stub. Horrible customer service and they make it very clear that they do not care about you, just getting their money.
