My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Murphy in 2017. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I received a strange friend request via social media. I reluctantly accepted the request as he had been helpful in getting us into the vehicle we wanted. Shortly after that he bagan becoming increasingly engaged in posts of my personal Facebook and then emphasized how much more money he made than I did and went on to discuss our credit application and income level. This is needless to say a huge breach of trust being as we had actually planned the beginning of next mo th to trade our accord in for a CRV to suit the needs of our growing family. I feel a total lack of trust with our personal information with this dealership for hiring such questionable sales people. We did not complain that it took the dealership three different attempts to fix a deeply scratched dashboard on a car with 75 miles on it and the time I personally missed from work. However this is just blantant disregard for customers and repeat business which I can assure you this dealership will not ever be receiving from us. I called the dealership to speak to the VP and I have still received no call back.
