Horrendous Customer Service

Ordered a parallel flow a/c condenser. The part I received was an older serpentine style, that wasn't even powder coated.

Customer service advised me to go to the site for a return label. The cost of the return label plus original shipping exceeded the part's price. Meaning I would owe them money to return a part.

When I indicated this they closed the ticket on me.

Returning a part as indicated would cost me more that keeping the wrong part. This mistake was rock auto's or the manufacturer's I as the consumer shouldn't have to pay out of pocket to fix it.
