I have personally found ACV helpful. It allows me to purchase vehicles from sources that were otherwise not available to me. I feel that the vehicle descriptions are fair and accurate. Customer service is attentive, and my ACV rep Kylie has always responded promptly to my concerns. Kylie has also worked competently in negotiations to complete more transactions for me.
