The ICU staff and other medical staff are absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. The gift shop attendant on the other hand, was extremely rude and unhelful. I ended up leaving the gift shop without the items I was trying to purchase because the lady hates credit cards without the chip and didn t know how to use the credit card swipe feature. After her slamming my card on the counter and being only worried about the other people who were next in line, I grabbed my card back, told her she was extremely rude, and left without the items my mother who is in ICU needed to be comfortable.
