Worst experience ever the staff are so rude especially pam Casey on m1! So annoyed they think thy doing a favour 4us by looking after patients! Iam so disappointed sandwell was so much better. Pam makes a face because my niece couldn't understand english very gud whose only new in this country! Then all she kept asking was where is the dad like wats it got to do with u!
