I attended a number of semesters here, first one was Spring 2002 semester. Loved this campus since I was a kid though, in the 1980s, visiting the campus. Beautiful campus, one of the embodiments of the spirit of East Hollywood. The campus has changed significantly over the years, I like both the old and new versions. And both the old and new library. If you're not looking to attend, the campus is also a great place to just chill for a bit, take a walk through here, sit, read. You can even grab some food from the food truck that's usually on campus when classes are in session. Or read some books at the nice LACC library, though you can't check them out unless you're enrolled. They used to have some books for sale there too. Maybe sometimes they still do. Check library hours and whether they are closed until the next semester of classes begins, as they often do that.
