I got a Buccellati ring which got completely deformed under a pressure of grocery shopping bags... what a poor quality for a xxk ring!!! Raised the issue at the shop, got completely mistreated by shop assistants and got charged 1k to get it fixed!!! Something that should have never happened in first place!!! If I buy an engagement ring, and can t wear it during normal daily activities like carrying grocery bags, I rather not have it at all! VERY DISAPPOINTED with the luxuriousness of the brand and the rudeness of post sales department in Paris store.
