A good organization is one who cares employees (both regular and contractual) in times of concerns like Covid19. I was selected by this client and after 4 days of joining they informed my parent organization(Pegasus Inforcorp, Mumbai) to hold the position for months. This cost me loss of job as Pegasus too hired me for SoftwareOne only. Is the management was not aware of their financial position and after offering the position a company should respect that. Two months gone, no update regarding my joining. I am sure they wont come back as I have seen the same job posted by SoftwareOne at LinkedIn 1.5 months back. Very unprofessional and unethical decisions made by the two companies which cost a person his other job in such bad times.
