I recently started working at a well-established oil and gas company. The work environment is excellent, and I'm surrounded by talented professionals. The management is proactive and values employee feedback. The company provides ample opportunities for professional development. However, there are some issues with work-life balance that need to be addressed. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience so far.
