I ordered some 3/8" tempered glass from them. The packaging was excellent as the shipping company punctured some holes in the box, but with the foam packaging inside the box surrounding the glass, it was still in pristine condition when it arrived. the glass was exactly as measured. I'm very happy with my purchase and they saved me a bunch of money compared to my local glass companies even though I'm half way across the country from Dulles Window. I will not even hesitate to order from them again.
