We moved our 2 little girls to College Station a month ago without knowing a thing about this city! Terrence did an amazing job helping me figure out where our best fit within this community would be. We are so pleased with his help in finding our home, negotiating new build finish out, and general knowledge about everything along the way. His team was so easy to work with, and everyone was very available.. This was all key in purchasing a home remotely. Terrence is a true professional, and all around really great guy. I would absolutely recommend TM5 for all things real estate!
