Customer service - horrible! Telephone wait time atrocious! Service Inspector uninformed. I m embarrassed to say I held on for 25 minutes TODAY as the call back option didn t work yesterday. Only to be immediately hung up on. What happen to the website?
Philadelphia Water Bureau has seriously become a thorn in my side.
