Staff is very, very nice & friendly. Housekeeping is lacking, rooms are not The Hilton expected quality. First room we had, bathroom toilet had peeling seat, wallpaper falling off, ripped carpet, and I found an article of clothing not mine in the bottom of my bed. The second room was same as first, so I stopped complaining figured it was what it was. The suites are stocked with nothing, kitchen is empty have to request each item. 2 plates, spoons, dish detergent etc....Parking, you have to valet $45 day, no other option. Spent too much time waiting for car. You have to cross major road to get to beach. Oh my beach, ugh it s beautiful however there was plastic everywhere, spoons, water bottles, dirty plastic up and down beach. I am sad to say I would not return to this Hilton hotel.
